Spiritual Direction is walking with someone on their spiritual journey.
Sometimes, it can be long term.
Sometimes, it is during a crisis situation
or when someone is trying to deal with a problem.

Spiritual Directors are companions on the journey.
They do not have all the answers.
It does not replace counseling by a licensed professional.
They walk the journey with you,
giving you feedback on what you are thinking and feeling,
helping you to see God's action in your life.
